Sydney leads the company with a passion for innovation and helping others achieve their full potential free of pain. She runs everything from STW’s social media to packing your order with care. In her free time, she’s at the gym or studying for her next law school final.

 

Rusty Zosel

STW Advisor

Rusty is the Chief Strategy Officer at Prime Care Technologies and the successful founder behind Procurement Partners, which he led to a major exit. After tearing his ACL, he developed a deep understanding of recovery and performance, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to STW’s product development and strategy.

 

Wilson Fay

STW Advisor

Wilson is the Innovative Ventures Manager at WiSys, where he supports early-stage innovators and helps strengthen Wisconsin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. A 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Wilson combines legal expertise with a passion for innovation and startup growth. Having experienced a knee injury himself, he understands the real need for recovery tools, making him a natural fit on STW’s advisory team.

Sales Advisor

Jon brings over 29 years of sales experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, having worked with major organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Indivior, and others. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous national sales awards, reflecting his leadership and expertise in driving growth within the healthcare space. After tearing his patella in 2019, Jon developed a firsthand understanding of recovery challenges. His experience that now fuels his passion for helping STW deliver effective, real-world solutions for pain relief and mobility.
