Refund policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

Please note that wearable technology must be returned in original condition with all components (chargers, manuals, etc.).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • An exchange for another size or item (pending availability), or

  • Store credit for future purchases.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@skipthewarmup.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
